How do I attach my 80mm fan to my SK-7 using the fan clips?

I have an SK-7 that I am going to install onto an athlon xp 1600 today. Once I get it installed I will attach the 80mm fan onto it. How do these clips/wires that hold the fan in place actually work? I haven't really messed with it yet, but could someone let me know before I start this so I dont mess anything up.

Check out this review of the SK-7. They show a pic of how the clip works. It looks pretty simple.
