How do I search for a user name in Kazaa?

I've tried typing in the user name in the search box but that doesn't work Does anyone know how to do this?

no, kazaa isnt warez. this was decided a while back.
if you read the rules and guidlines it'll be in there somewhere.

it goes like this: since kazaa can also be used for legitimate file sharing, discussion of the kazaa program itself is allowed, as long as you dont talk about specific files that could be refered to as warez...

example:
" why cant i download doom 3? it keps turning out to be something else" - not allowed

at least...thats my impression of it

Ok back to the original question. I don't believe kazaa allows you to search for a specific user. It only allows you to browse/search thru a users shared files when there online.

that's correct! No way to search for users unless you know of specific files a specific user has! sorry noone answered the question earleir!
