How do I uninstall GAIN?

How do I get rid of GAIN? I needed to download the divx player, and the free version makes you install GAIN, but it's really annoying when gain pops up when Im gaming... any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried uninstalling from Control Panels> Add or Remove Programs?

yes, thats the first thing I did, it's not listed there.

I just did a quick search on google and someone used Ad Aware to remove Gain.

Just thought I'd let you know...

Just a couple days ago, I installed DivXPro V.5.01 Bundle Pack because I wasn't able to find just the CODEC and Adaware's search result listed GAIN which is the company that made this DIVX Bundle Pack.. The good part is, unlike Kazaa with its clint.dll file which is a component of Cydoor, you can safely remove these files using Adaware and still have the software funtion without errors.
