How do you o/c the radeon 8500?

What the title said, how do you do it? Do you just increase the AGP bus speed? I know Nivida card you can use Riva Tuner, but what about ATI card?

Ditto on the powerstrip, I used the rage 3d tweak but it's not as stable as powerstrip seems to be

Thanks! I o/c my 8500 chip to 310 and mem to 295. How high can you get it up to? 3dmark2001 is at 9067 before was at 8669.
