How do you remove a GPU that is set with AA?

I was thinking about lapping my cooljag 1u (yes I am that bored), but its stuck on w/ AA. Can I freeze it and pop it off like I did with the stock HS&F?

Will it come off with nail polish remover?

use a blow dryer to heat it up, u wont like the cracks freezing gives off, just heat it to death with a blow dryer and it should slide right on off.
