What do you guys think??? Some things I;m not sure about is the psu and the heatsink.

If it were me, I'd go for more watts on the PSU. Something in the 500-550 range. But that's just me. I prefer to slightly overconfigure my PSU's. That way you avoid problems down the road if you decide to upgrade something or add another component or two. You also tend to get cleaner power that way too.
 
Thats definately a ALOT of power for a family comp dude.

First off, whose gonna be using it? And how often?

Next, will alot of 3D gaming be done on it? if no, then I think you should reconsider the video card and processor and mabe even socket.

Last, I'm asking this because I think that system might be a little much for a "family computer"
