how much juice do i need?

hmmm... in theory the 350w might do, but it'd be risky. go with the 400w, it's worth it.

i would not recommend getting a sparkle unless you have the best airflow possible within your case, mainly because they have very bad circulation with their low speed fan, the PSU can get hot to the touch (bad), thats why enermax, and antec psus are good, (antecs dont have dual fans, but they have sloted sides allowing air to flow through them easier, in which the sparkle does not)...if you want a 350 or 400 watt, look at enermax or antec

The 350 should be fine. It has a combined wattage of 220 and the XP's are more efficient than the old T-Birds.

The 400 will get you to a combined 235 watts.

According to AMD's approved power supply list, even the 300 watt Sparkle is approved for XP's to 2100+.

I can't speak to any airflow problems.

Let me put it this way, I have an Antec 403 and it has worked great ocing my 750 Duron to 1120, my 1.0 to 1.65, my 1.4 to 1.75, my xp1600 to 1.73. And that is all I know. Save of course for the ability to adjust the 3.3v and 5v/12v lines.

One more thing, it was able to put 2.38v to the T-bird 1.4.
