How much liquid do I need inside of a heatpipe?

guys please help me with the quantity of fluid (in ml) to be used in heat pipe with the following specifications:
working fluid: Acetone
temperature range : 30-60 deg Celsius
wall materiel: copper
od of pipe: 20mm
wall thickness: 0.5mm
wick structure: sintered wick with 1.5mm thickness

Enough to fill the evaporator (hot) end, but not back up into the condenser (cool) end. The tricky part is adding the correct amount right after pulling a vacuum since the hoses in the setup will hold more charge than a little heat pipe.
