How noisey should a TMD 4500rpm fan be?

How noisey should a TMD 4500rpm fan be? It's the one that comes standard with the Vantec Aeroflow (pacific edition i guess).

This one seems to have a kind of rattle sound to it. Just wondering if that's normal.

I doubt it is suppose to rattle, IMO they are crap and not reliable.

if it rattles throw it away. in todays O/Cing world you don't want non relaible coolngi fans, it ould lead to bad things. once i heard on one exploding but that was becasue my old PC case is cursed and blew up my friends comp bit by bit.
