Change the water out of your H20 cooling rig? Mine looks like its do for a water change because after a days use when i turn off the pump and the water stops flowing it has this white stuff onto of the hoses, what is that stuff?
would not changing the water for 8 months have anything to do with the white stuff in the hoses. I checked the hoses and there is no leak at all anywhere
Try changing the water and then use a few drops of Accu-Clear. Accu-Clear is made for fishtanks but it works great for clearing cloudy tubing. Any petshop should have the stuff.
Accu clear won't hurt your pump or hoses, the stuff was made for aquariums that use the same pumps and hoses we use for h2o cooling. I'm not sure what it would do to your temps as I have never tried it in a water rig but I don't think it would hurt.
As for the white stuff in your hoses I think that may be just chemicals settling out of your water. I had that problem when I used softened well water but it went away when I flushed my system and switched to r/o water.
