I just changed my VIO on my ASUS A7V133 from default, which is 3.56V to test mode, which has allowed me to get a couple more Mhz out of my 750 Duron. Now it is running at 3.64V up to 3.66V. Just wondering how safe it is to be that high? If it's not too safe, I'll sacrafice a few mhz and bring the VIO back down to default. Thanks

3.66 should be just fine. Most ram is designed for 3.3v +/- 10% which would put you at a max of 3.63v. I have been running my A7V at the same voltage with no problems. Upping the voltage of your ram is just like any other overclocking story, sometimes the components work great for years and sometimes they fail instantly. Is it worth the risk? Yes, that's why they call us overclockers.
