I would like to build a thermal probe for my computer, small enough to fit inbetween my heatsink and CPU. I would like it to have a digital readout that shows the degrees in Celcius. Also a nob so that I can turn the same digital readout to different sources. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

If your mobo supports a 2 or 3th thermal probe, you could use a 100 Ohms thermistor to read the temperature you want. There are for sale small thermistor, just let me check a catalog at home.

I suppose you have read the aritcle on ocmod.com about doing this, i have, but im still trying to figure out where to get thermal probes for it. Anyone know what thermister would work with the compunurse??
