I don't know about that, by [email protected] made prodigous (read scary) levels of heat with the retail cooler. I sold the puppy and got a P3-550e @825 as soon as they became available. Heat production was much lower, and has been there since on the long line of Intel cpu's I've owned. 600e at 900, 700 at 1050, and 1.6a at 2400 all run mucho cooler.
