How to get 4:4:1 with celeron and abit sh6?

I have a celeron 566 and have had it up to 1066, but can only get it to work with 3:3:1 and not 4:4:1. Because of this, I had to back down to 110fsb because the onboard sound will not work with the pci bus that much overclocked. If I could get 4:4:1, I would be easily running 125fsb. Any suggestions??
