I have my comp watercooled with a duron 700 @ 1125 and 2.5Vcore
temp is 51C
water is cooled by 2 copper rads and a evaporation setup being cooled by a 15inch house fan!! watert is at 68F(what's that in C?)
so if the water is at 68F, how can the cpu still be at 51C?? (thermal past was used)

I´ve got the same MOBO as you, and I have heard that the asus probe gets 10ºc higher...so if your current temp is 60ºc, the real temp is 50ºc.
If you download the Mother Board Monitor you will have an accurate real temp. Because I get 10ºc less than the asus probe, using the Mother Board Monitor 4.0

I get exactly the same temps with MBM 4, Asus Probe and SiSoft Sandra!

A way to verify accuracy of Asus Probe is to observe the readings and then reboot to bios and check the temps in the hardware monitor screen. If they give the same results then Asus Probe works for you...It reads 10c high for me so I use Motherboard Monitor.

considering that you're squeezing 425Mhz more out of a chip with 2.5 Vcore, thats only supposed to run 700 Mhz w/ a 1.6 Vcore, I'd say that those temps are close to accurate, even with water. You might want to consider slowing your pump down to alow the radiator to do more work, or switch to a peliter.
