You're very correct about that, Scotty. I'm referring more to the unskilled masses. May I direct your attention to the GPU sections at TPU.

I think the last vBIOS I played with was my HD 6950. It was one of the models that didn't natively run like a 6970 so it took some tweaking to get it there.

I had two 6950's when I had my i5-2500K.That was a long time ago.

I had two of them also. One had the dual BIOS switch with a 6950 on one position & a 6970 on the other. Then there was the problem child I had to tinker with.
That was my last Xfire rig.
