Motherboard: Asus A7V133
CPU: AMD Duron 750
HSF: Global Win FOP32
RAM: 256Mb TwinMOS PC166 SDRAM


Anyone can guide me on how to set the setting on the CMOS? and how far can this system go? Don't quite understand the setting terms

What is the normal temp for MB and CPU?

My motherboard temp varies between 21 and 22, usually staying in 21.5.
CPU temperature is 30C idle and 53C under max. load.

Anything over 50C in CPU is getting quite risky, when OC'ing. IMHO.
 
In addition to Hoot's advice.

When measuring your temperatures be aware the Asus Probe software is known for reporting temps ~10c too high on some motherboards. I use Motherboard Monitor 5.05 to monitor mine which reports the same temps as my bios.

It would also eliminate some future pain/panic if you locate the CLRTC solder points on your mb in case you need to reset your CMOS. See your manual pg 59 "Forgot Your Password".
