Fan up or fan down ?

If its got vents beneath it then allowing it to draw in the cool air will be better for the PSU.

For a moment I thought you were talking about: this

Basic English mode:
On a table that will be fine. If case is on carpet then fan needs to point up.


Hopefully you can understand this and hopefully I haven't made this to simple.

The case has feet or wheels (depending what you wnat to use) to raise it... the PSU is also raised off the case floor by a vented riser palte... there is plenty of airflow.

As someone else said as long as the tower is on a hard surface it should be fine pointing down.

The HAF 932 has 2 mounts for the PSU...

If it is on a carpet mount the PSU at the top of the case and simply put the blanking plate at the bottom. It is very easy to do this.
