How to raise 5v line on 400w Antec PSU?

I heard there were some kind of pots in my Antec PSU, but how do I go about using them? Can to high a twist kill my PSU and my comp?

I'd also like to know what a good +5V and 3.3V should be without risking damage.
I already have my vcore up to 2.02.

Just to let everyone know, I have this PSU and I attempted this MOD and you may be out of luck. I dont know if this article is very old, or maybe I just got a weird one. But the pots in my PSU are all hot glued in place, VERY hot glued. The space in there is pretty cramped and I couldnt manage to get them to turn any, and I tried for a while. Hopefully you all have better luck.
