HOw to remove heat sink

I need help I put a heat sink on the southbride of mobo glued it with nanepoxy wHen I didn't look the heat sink slided down and is touching other chips, my question How do I removed it without damaging mobo

can you give us more info? it seems like you need to remove the epoxy, then pry the heat sink clips off. but that should be obvious.
