How to set default web browser w/ Win XP?

Just as the title states, my little bro has AOL (ugh) on his computer and a DSL connection. Somehow, AOL has managed to become his default web browser and he wants to set IE back up as the default browser. I can't quite figure this out myself, just wondering if anyone else knows?

tools->internet options->programs

check the one at the bottom of the window.

you need to make sure aol isn't set to make itself the default. I bet only uninstalling it will do this

yeah i think you may have to crawl into aol and tell it not to be the default browser
