I have a client who owns a small business. I set him up with a network in his home office. He has a laptop that he takes on the road. He wants to be able to sync his email with the main machine when he is home.

He is using a pop3 account with a local ISP. He currently is using Outlook 2003. He is not married to Outlook but is to the pop3 account. Hotmail, Yahoo, etc are out.

Any ideas? Any products that you know about pay or shareware?

Yes, set his laptop up so it does not delete the mail from the pop server. That way when he gets home he will get all the emails he got while on the road. It is not the most elegant solution but it works:D I will be watching this thread to see if there are better solutions:D

Thank you for that. That's what I have done but he has little faith in it. That may be his problem and not mine. Your response does help as I now feel justified in my actions on his behalf. If there are any other ideas that anyone has, I don't mind thinking 'outside the box'.
