How to unlock Intel motherboard to do overclocking?

Can anyone tell me how to unlock Intel D845WN motherboard to do overclocking?

well you can't unlock the motherboard, you can't unlock the CPU multiplier either of an Intel CPU
You can increase the FSB of the CPU in the BIOS, only if you have that option in BIOS. That will increase the clock speed of the CPU.

Cooler666 is right you cant unlock the motherboard and in order to overclock a CPU you must have a mobo. that supports FSB increase and other OC options. Your Intel P4 board probably will not do this
