how to update bois in the Abit Se6?

hey could anyone give me detailed instructions on how to update the bios in the abit se6?
any help will be appreciated.

go to www.abit.com.tw then click on the download button, then BIOS update. Select your motherboard, and a little pop-up window will apear. It will say: for detailed instructions click here. Click on that, it should explain everything.

well after triing for hours i got it done.
the thing is though what i eventually did was not even close to what the manual said to do and what the online thing said to do.
they both said to do different things alltogether.

but now it is done and i have a better overclock than before

boot from dos

extract the bios by doing a:\>***_**.exe

***_**.exe is your bios file

so now you have a .bin file.

next, in the dos prompt:
a:\>awdflash ***_**.bin /cc /cd /cp /py /sn /cks/r

***_**.bin is your bios file. there're spaces in between parameters.
