Had a heck of a time downgrading a couple HP P410 controllers to the 3.66 firmware (to resolve the continual reboot issue), so I zipped the files and uploaded here.
Files are the HP cp027485 patch with the old 3.66 firmware.bin file copied to the folder. Newer BIN file is still in the folder but has been renamed. Instructions are:
Install P410 controller (may need to set motherboard to skip loading of ROM in order for PC to boot)
Extract attached ZIP file to local drive
Run cpqsetup.exe
Reboot will be necessary, you can now verify firmware is 3.66
