just got my hwbot all working

and was surprised to find a lil gold cup for a celeron oc

its worth having a look to see what you have that has not been uped to hwbot

also this is the sig if it were to be used

Sooo true bazx. Much of what was done around here for the past few years could be little awards for many members who register with HWBOT.
Heck bazx if you load up some more of your older stuff you will be sure to pick up more of that hardware.

The awards go to your user account on hwbot and total individual point score. I'm not sure how it works towards overall team points. I did notice one of your recent submissions was blocked here bazx, not sure why. I think maybe if you have chosen a team (other than OCF) and you post a result here it is automatically blocked or something like that. Apparently we need to get you to abandon your existing Team and Join OCF

do you no if these cups only count from within our team ?

they count across ALL teams. one of yours is for the #2 FX-55 in CPU-z screenie. SO nobody that submitted with that CPU was faster than you. sweet.
that there is a hardware award. specific to a piece of your system. there are global awards also for the top 5 score in a benchmark with ANY hardware. maxi and joe camel have a couple of those. they will be separate in your sig from hardware awards.
Again tho these are across all submitions to the bot not just here @ OCF.

Nifty I have the fastest Intel 505 in Superpi and the fastest Orleans in Pifast.

I'll make sure I take down anything else for my orleans also.

lol maxi i bench with them (they come around mine 2x a year for an ln2 party)

but not for the UK teams this is my team here

Yeah sorry, we currently lack the feature to report the owner why his scores was moderated. Sorry about that.

The reason: was it pifast 4.3 instead of hexus edition (4.1)?

If not mistaken I got one on my name as well which shocked me, top 5 of the X1800XL cards which more or less amazed me since my clocks where crap i thought.

This is the score, posted on the 23rd. Was there even time or did anyone care about moderating this score? I though it was perhaps due to some automatic checking feature on hwbot, can't see why it would have happened.

I checked and it was never reported as suspicious. The only reason I could think of is that it does not have a screenshot or anything, just plain text which can be forged very easely.

As the score is nothing to brag about (sorry bazx ) i unblocked it.

Okay, i asked my result mods why it was blocked, and got the answer. While it's not an awesome score, it is good enough to recieve hwboints. As there's no screenshot, he had to block it. Copy & pasting text is too easy to fake. Blocked again... sorry, you'll have to take a screenie next time!

Posted on hwbot already, is there a way for the bot to block a result without a screenshot, or for 3D, the ORB link? That would make alot more sense if you could do it and cut down on moderating time as well.

Finding a verification link (eg futuremark compareurl) is not too hard, and normally works. Finding a verification image however is very, very hard. Most people attach images, and every forum software displayes attached images differently. There's also no way for the bot to know what the image contains, it might as well be a signature, or an image of his/her pet dog...
