Find a friend in USA to buy it for you off of newegg, and send it to you. Everyone knows how easy it is to find a friend in a foreign country that you can trust right off the bat.

hm,cant find pc 3000,but 3200,or 3500,its not dualkit,but should be fine for dual use.
