Hi, I'm debating which of the following to get:

KHX3000/512
KHX3200/512
KHX3500/512
KHX3700/512

My system is an A7N8X-E deluxe with a Barton AQXEA 0331SPMW, unlocked I believe.

My objective is to run 2-2-2-5 at the highest freq possible.

From what I've read, the 3000 and 3200 ship with BH-5 chips. Is that still true? If so, are they equally good - because the 3000 costs $10 less than the 3200.

For some reason, the 3500 costs more than the other three (even the 3700) and is out of stock.

TIA.

I would get the 3000 or 3200. There is 3200 with CH-5 and with BH-5, one of them has a "A" in the product name. I forget which one is which though. I think 3000 should be BH-5 but not sure if it all is. I know mine is and other peoples i talked to.

So if 3000 and 3200 (non A) both have BH-5, is there any performance difference between the two? Asking because over 2 sticks of 512MB, I can save 20 bucks by getting the 3000.

There will not be a difference in performance at the same speeds but there is a better chance that the 3200 might overclock a little better. Even though it is BH-5 I don't think my 3000 would go very much over 400mhz with normal amounts of voltage. I run it at around 3.2v or so 24/7. If you get the 3200 just make sure it is rated at 2-2-2.
