Well I did my first case mod...sort of. I was going to remove the bottom drive cage in my Chieftec case so that I could have enough room to house my heatercore for my new watercooling, and when I tore it out, I somehow managed to break the prongs that hold the door in place on the front of my case. I think I may have lost the little plastic prongs too. I am such an idiot.

I am going to have to when I get some spare time...or just figure out a way to make it look good without the door. Any ideas?

I think I may just go ahead and leave it off, but I cant think of anything to do to it to make it look decent without the door. Anybody done any mods to one of these cases that involved taking the door off?

You could get fancy with the fiberglass...

You could always make a new door out of plexi, put a design you like in it with your dremel and then put some EL or a small cold cathode on the side to light it up with.
