I bought a Soyo SY-K7VTA-B, should I return it?

I bought a Soyo SY-K7VTA-B, T-bird 750 (green), 128PC133, Chrome orb, WD20gb 7200, Elsa GeForce2 MX and a pwr supply @250. Have a Enermax 350 coming in. This will be my first time a K7 overclocking, would I be better off getting a different board?
Please advice.

You want a KT133A board, not one with the old KT133 chipset. Here's the Soyo board to get:
