Turns out a random OEM provider over in the east was taking these defective chips, boosting the clocks to oblivion, adding in proper GDDR5 VRAM, and even going as far as adding what appears to be a native VGA port. Making this the strangest card I have got ahold of yet. So join me as we test absolutely everything possible to find out, what's actually going on here."
