i can only get 16 colour

i can only get 16 colour on my 1 computer
there is nothing wrong with the monitor
it says not enough resources what can i do

Maybe your video card drivers are not correct or you need new ones.

If your video card is extremely old, you might need a new one, but most should be able to pull off 256 colours or more.

What operating system?

What video card?

Are you familiar with how to install a video card?
