sweet system man. How much ram? When I first built mine, I was totally shocked and suprised my booted up too! Were you nervous as hell when you hit the power switch? :D

oh damn i was shaking man i couldnt even hit the power button lol

i was expecting to here BEPP BEEP BEEP

but i was suprised lol

512mb ram

nice setup, im glad your first build went well. My first build was a tight budget from my dad to build my grandma a puter out of scraps. It didnt go so well, somehow the ECS k7s5a pinout didnt match the manual and in a last ditch effort a friend had me try random locations for the power switch. Im glad yours went well.

Heh, I know exactly how you feel. When I pressed my power button the first time, I got absolutely nothing. Turned out, I didn't connect the power switch right :rolleyes

When I got it working, words could not express my happiness :D

Congratulations on the new system, looks very nice!

32C is a good idle temp, but try letting it sit running for at least 10 minutes before reading the temp. It will probably climb considerably in first few minutes.

I think thats good. Idle temps for my ax-7 is around there. Could be a little better I think, but not bad at all. So, this is your first rig you have built, right?

right

If you havent let the cpu run for 10 minutes or so, the cpu temp will probably go up like 8-10. If you havent updated your bios it is probably reading 8-10 high. Either way, nice temp. I have a nf7-s and 2500 also. Stock hsf until I get everything set up. Runs at about 43 in bios, although I have a hot ambient temp.

right now im posting this on the comp i just built, all the drivers installed gunna go run some benches :)

you are lucky with that board! i had 3 dead nf2 boards in a row.

glad you are having fun. play some games, surf the web. enjoy your new rig. :)
