I cannot seem to overclock my 1 gig at all with any sort of stability. Everytime I think I got it a little OC'ed I'll get some sort of error or BSOD. I was with my Asus A7A 266 able to run this chip at 1.2 gig's 100% stable. I've tried different voltages, for ram and cpu. Different FSB speed's. Different CPU multiplier's, All different memory speed's and timing's. Anything around 1133mhz will not even post. I don't get it. I wish I had another CPU to try but I don't.
All the voltage's seem to be within spec. And CPU temp idle's around 38c on the average.
I just keep thinking I'm missing something. Does anyone have any idea's. I would greatly appreciate it.

Try to set your multiplier higher, and lower the FSB. This will allow us to see how fast you can get the CPU to go without the concern of the FSB causing the problem.

Lemme no........

I probobly should have been a bit more specific on that. I have pretty much only tried to overclock with this board so far with the multiplier. The highest it will go is 8.5, but then it takes a long time to post at time's and other times won't post at all. It runs fine at 8.0 x 133 for a while then it start's locking up after a while.

Well it's been running at 1064mhz (8x133) for about 2 days now with no lockup's yet. I tried bumping the FSB from 133mhz to 137 to get around 1100mhz. But it was a no go. I got blue screen's and lockup's right as I got to my desktop. I'll try bumping the multiplier up another notch in a day or so to see if it flies.

I think what I really need is another CPU.
