I have what looks to be jumper pins on the card. This might be hard to follow since I can't find any pics of it.

Well the pic I tried to draw isn't working on here maybe someone can find a pic.

Any help would be great

What type of card is it that you have? (TNT2, TNT2 Pro, M64, etc)
Some cards do have jumpers, others have a twin row of about 26 pins along the top edge of the card (opposite the AGP plug). This row has no jumper on it (at least my old card didn't), and is called a Feautre Connector. I don't think is enables tv out, your card needs a second monitor like socket on the back edge to support this. Let us know your exact card type, and we can help you better. Does your card support tv out? If not, then what you're looking at is probably the feature connector. If your card does support tv out, then there should be three to six more jumpers, in addition to the Feature Connector, a PAL, NTSC, and one more 3 pin jumper. So please, find out your card type. Thanks!
