I have a Volcano 6 cu+, should I get a Volcano 7 cu+?

I suggest getting something else. Between 6cu+ and 7cu+ you probably won't get much.

It seems like a good design(all coopper, thin fins, 70x70mm, 49cfm adjustable fan), and you can adjust the fan speed & noise with a switch. It's about $40, so cheaper than some of the heatsinks mentioned above. I'd say yes, but just because I'm curious about how well it performs.

i would go with an AX7 instead. it's 45$ with a 80CFM delta or
just 30$ for the bare heatsink.
