I need a vendor..

I need those mother board Metal support mounting studs , those little things the motherboards mount on the little metal tubes the motherboard sits on, and then you put a screw into them to support the motherboard.....

Does anyone know where to get these at???? and If not, does someone know the dimensions and specifications that they are supposed to be.... thanks for any help

A vendor would be better because if they have those than they probably have other little odds and ends that i need
