I need help picking a new motherboard...

I'm looking for a motherboard with a KT400 chipset around 120.00 dollars.These are what i have in mind so far...

Gigabyte's - GA-7VAXP
Soyo's - SY-KT400 DRAGON Ultra black


Doesnt have to have raid...All I'm really looking for is something that will support the amd 2800+ and has AGP 8x.Also something that would be OC'able.

Any ideas would be great

ive seen too many problems with gigabyte boards in a few earlier models.
Love the soyo and the MSI kt4 for my money

why must a KT400 mobo?

There is NForce2 mobo out there for grab for same budget you have.

it support 2800+ and it is better than KT 400... many sites has review on nforce2 vs kt2000
