I need help!!

I got my XIGMATEK HDT-S1283. So i pulled off my current heat sink and my cpu stuck to the heat sink! I tried to twist it off but it won't budge at all. Any ideas how how to get it off??

Run the computer for a little while to heat up the thermal paste. That will free it.

I got it off, with a blow dryer!
