I need ram for my system... DDR2 2x 1GB...

What do you guys suggest I get? I'm looking for something that will compliment my 640.

I had picked the Mushkin XP2-6400 but it seems I can't get ahold of the stuff. Remember I live in the same country as Santa Claus so no new egg. I can special order most anything though as long as it can be found in Canada. Working at a computer store has its advantages.

Yea and they only have stock on one set.

Is that a good price? I'm not exactly knowledgable on DDR2.
