Ok I flashed my bios and nothing went wrong but after three days now I am haveing problems when I turn it off that my setting clear out.

I am thinking bat. but I have only had this board for a few months.
If I have to get a new board from the place I deal with what do you think I should get I use to have a Abit Va-6 but they scraped it and gave me this board I hate it.
My choices are MSI(can't stand MSI) or an ABIT SA6R 815E w/ raid.

Its a tekram s3pro-au
Celeron / 533@600
256megs of Pc133 ram

Thanks placid. I am looking for a board that can lower the FSB to PCI/APG bus. Is thier an Abit that does that or can you tell me what to look for in the specs

Every p3 board that I know of only allows 1/4 pci and 1/2 agp for the lowest settings.
The sa6r has both. All 815 chipset boards will as well as via 133 chipset boards. Only the bx and older boards have the 2/3 agp divider minimum.

Well I am looking for something you can control in bios instead of it being controled for you

I understand now what you mean.
I have not seen any with manual settings since the bx boards thou.
Not to say there is no such thing just none I am aware of.

Well I found the problem.I can't belive they would put out a new version of bios with a bug like that every time I would power down the setting went to default.

This is for you tekram http://forums.overclockers.ws/forums/Public/Images/Default/E55.gif"]
