some 680i mobo...
4 x 1 crucial ballistix pc6400
2 x 8800GT in SLi (you could even get two ATi cards and use the haxxed drivers from diamond)
2 x 500gig 7200.11 seagate drives in raid 0 (no raid? Get a single raptor just for OS and a seagate for everything else.)
psu... some nice psu.
