I need to turn my Adaptec SCSI card into a RAID card?

i need to turn my SCSI PCI card into a RAID SCSI card

i know i have seen some articles in the past about doing this

something on the lines of using two rsistors to make it think its a RAID controller

son't know, and i can't find the articles anymore

any help would be appreciated

IDE yes...SCSI no.

Best you can do is use software RAID provided by NT, Win2K or XP (other than XP home).

SCSI and SCSI RAID devices differ in the hardware aspect much more than do IDE and IDE RAID controllers.
