i need voltage

i have a tekram mobo s3815-ae
a PIII 700e
i can adjust the fsb in the bios, but not voltage
runs good at 112 mgz
i lose my sound at 115mgz
stock intel fan--cpu temp @ 31C
voltage is set at 1.65 --no opotions for adjustment
any suggestions
