I got one of these a couple days ago I put it in my hdd bay,and it works great,I tried it with a heater and then a desk fan,and the rpm's at 18c is about 2100 and at 22c its at 2500 and it goes up just right all the way to 5000(53cfm) at over 35c,the thing works great,$9 at newegg. 
and it's pretty quiet too!
and btw,I found what I think is about the best quality 80mm regular case fan made,they are "sanyoDenki",,very quiet @ 47cfm,made in Japan.
