I Think I Need A New Heatsink??

My system has been running warmer lately and I was just wondering if anyone can suggest a good heatsink? The one I have now is from the factory.

Was idling @ 23c , Now- around 40c

i really dont know about 23c for eaven idle! that is like room temp, usually its at least 10c above room temp, did you change any settings? re install heatsink or anything?

No I haven't touched a thing. I had a little bit of trouble about oh--- 6 months back. I baked 3 MOBO's and the CPU. The manufacture finally rebuilt my system which I currently have now.
No alterations. This is straight outta the box so to speak.

Then again, my idle readings could be going haywire or something.

The only thing I've added is all the cooling fans.

well the 23c for idle is very rong, what are your temps now? did you say 40c idle? thats a little high but im sure its an amd stock hsf rite?

Yeah, the temp is running idle at around 40c

and yes it is stock.
