am fairly sure, I am using one on an Old Abit BE6 and it works great. As long as you have an AGP slot supporting 2X or 4X AGP you are fine. You can get a copy of your manual here http://www.soyo.com.tw/product/6vba133.htm and read it and just look for something saying AGP 2x. This is not agp 2.0. My suspician is that you can.
