[AVING-KOREA Special Report on ‘Next Generation Computing Show 2006’] <Visual News> Woojin Inc. presented 'Tenbuno', its unique 19-inch LCD monitor mounted with 8.4-inch sub-screen on top of it, which might provide new application for LCD monitor. For example, you could do some document work on the 19-inch screen while surfing the web on the 8.4-inch or you could enjoy home shopping TV program on the bigger one while visiting online malls to purchase a certain product being advertised on the TV program.

so the Engrish makes it a bit challenging to undestand BUT dual monitors in a single housing.

... that is the most...

I don't see why you wouldn't just buy a pair of 17"s and put them on a dual monitor arm.

... besides... I already have a 110" widescreen, 21" widescreen, and a 15.4" widescreen at my disposal...

YEAH, when LCD's on mice and OLED keyboards come out I am quitting having anything to do with hardware at all!

What those are already out???

Uhh nevermind, Im just gonne be over here mounting these LCD's on my Mudflaps!

There was this one episode of Pimp My Ride....

LOl this would be interesting for Gaming hackors, they could easily setup timing clocks, which they could watch on the second screen, while pwning you ingame.

:(

instead of getting a 19" screen with a 8 1/2" on top, Ill just take the second 19". good concept though.

**Points at sig**

I regularly surf and word crunch in my main and full screen my server on the right (RDC) or full screen a DVD, or even play PS2 and chat on MSNM at the same time.

Now this new 'thing'... I think it would be great as a videophone display, maybe with a camera intergrated in there somewhere. Maybe a nice clock when not stripping for your girlfriend

I like it though I think making so you could put the little screen on any of the 4 sides of the main screen would be a definate plus & nice added feature b/c everyone has different tastes & work areas...I myself would like to have the little screen on the bottom.

As for why get this over 2 or 3 other full size screens, not everyone is a power user like you...this would benifit people who could use a small screen like that & not a full sized one for space or money reasons. I'm sure it will be less expensive then 2 full sized monitors...I personall think having something like that & then another full screen or 2 would be good...b/c I'd like to use one of them triplehead2go things for gaming & then the little screen would be for maps or thottbot etc so I don't have to alt tab &/or lose the cool effect of having 2 or 3 montiors set up like that. :)

While it's kind of cool in a way, I'm with the camp that says just run dual monitors. Probably even cheaper if you catch a sale, such as a 17" for $80 on BF. ;)
