The last time I posted I could not get anything on my screen. Now I at least get a display and will let me into Bios however when loading it beeps once and then a short beep. I read in I-will's site that this is a DRAM ERROR. How can I fix this?>Here's my info

Iwill-KA266-R
1200 mhz T-BIrd
128mb PC2100 DDR Ram Mushkin
IBM 45 GIG desktar ATA100

I just got it to go past the start-up screen with load-safe defaults-It was on optimizied defaults before. However, now it goes checking up the memory What can I do to fix this? I at least can install windows now.

I had the same problem when you overclock it too high. The monitor will not start up while the HDD was working.
You can lear bios and set it back the defaut speed.
When the computer keep checking RAM , push ESC.
Make sure that you set RAM speed at mode 100-132 not 133-166.
Have a nice day.

Otherwise you can just reset the bios with the jumper
