That's the main reason I went with the Kraken X73 over the Z73. Figured the display on the waterblock wasn't worth it, and put the price difference into swapping out the fans. For me it's pretty stupid and useless as most displays inside a PC. I highly doubt most people are just sitting next to a PC and look at it and its interiors all the time. I also doubt that anyone checks temperatures or other things on an AIO display when they can do that in simple to use apps.
I like stuff like that. When people come up with ideas and then pass them on to me that is a great thing.I remember guys modding a 6-12" screen from some laptop/notebook they cannibalized and added it inside the case. Adding several proggies to run with an animated background. Thought that was pretty cool.

Even my vape has a 2 3/8 inch by 2 3/8 lcd screen on it.5-10" screens were available on Amazon, Aliexpress, and some other online stores long ago. There was no need to get them from other devices. Everything is easy to install, with HDMI ports and other things already in the package. I have a 7" one that I used for a mod. I guess it was 5-6 years ago. I don't even remember exactly. Now they're much cheaper, and the size that fits AIO shouldn't bump the price by more than $30-40. Somehow, I expect them to cost at least $100 more because of the display. At least, this is how prices of MSI, ASUS, and some other AIOs look, and most of them use the same Asetek pump and barely anything above the average from other components.
